Form Printing Instructions

If you have Acrobat Reader you can download and/or
open the Forms in PDF Format and print them from there

from IE Explorer

1. From the file menu choose Page Setup

2. clear all margins & header boxes

3. Click on the body of the page

4. From the File Menu choose print

5. In the dialog box that opens select "Only the Selected Frame

6. Repeat steps 3,4&5 for each page

 from America On Line

1. Click on the body of the page

2. From the File Menu choose print

3. In the dialog box that opens select "Only the Selected Frame

4. Repeat steps 1,2 &3 for each page

from Netscape 

1. From the file menu choose Page Setup

2. clear all margins & header boxes

3. Click on the body of the page

4. From the File Menu choose Print Frame

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for each page
